Maida mein salt and 2-3 tblsp Oil dalkar normal dough bana le, or half an hr ka rest de.

Cabbage and carrot mein thoda salt dalkar rakh de jisse extra pani nikal jaye....Ab 1 pan mein 1 tblsp Oil dale usme ginger garlic paste dale, green chilly paste dale, cabbage and carrot dale.

Salt dale 5 min soft hone tak pakaye., flame off kar de.

Ab maida ki choti choti pooriya bele, na zyada patli na zyada moti.

Inme filling bhare, or hatho se Manchanda shape dekar band kar de. sare momos ese hi bnakar rakh le.

Ab ek bhagone mein pani ubalne rakhe, jab pani ubalne jaye tb iske upar ek greesed chalni rakhe, isme momos rakhe thodi thodi door pe or upar se cover kar de.

10 min tak pakaye.

Ab nikal le or baki ke momo tayar karein.

Ab kadhai mein oil garam karein or inhe medium flame pe tale.

Or hot serve karein teekhi chutni ke sath.

Note- agar apko momos fry nai karne hai to ap inhe 20 min bhap mein pakaye..or agar fry karne hai to 10 min...dono hi method se ache bante hai...
