  2. 6 eachPork Chops
  3. Marinade
  4. 6 dashFine Sea Salt
  5. 6 dashground black pepper
  6. 6 dashgarlic powder
  7. 6 dashonion powder
  8. 1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
  9. 1 tbspNatural Mesquite Liquid Smoke
  10. Coating
  11. 2 cupplain bread crumbs
  12. 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  13. 3 tbspItalian seasoning
  14. Materials
  15. 1Baking Sheet
  16. 1Aluminum Foil
  17. 1Non Stick Spray
  18. 2Zip Lock bags

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place pork chops on a cutting board and lightly tenderize the meat.

    Sprinkle each side with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. 3

    Place pork chops in a zip lock bag and add Worcestershire and liquid smoke.

  4. 4

    Marinate in the fridge for 30 - 60 minute's.

  5. 5

    After marinating preheat the oven to 325°F

  6. 6

    Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick spray. I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

    Put bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian Seasoning in a zip lock bag and shake well.

  8. 8

    One at a time, shake the marinated pork chops in the coating until well covered. Then place on the baking sheet.

  9. 9

    Once all are coated, spray once over with the cooking spray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

    Flip the pork chops and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the outside is golden brown and proper internal temp is met.

    Serve up with your favorite side's and enjoy!
