Pretty Much Perfect Boiled Eggs

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put eggs in pan and measure water by adding enough to fully cover
- 2
Remove eggs and set aside for now. Bring water in pan to rapid boil without eggs
- 3
Once boiling, add eggs into water. Let sit in high boil no more than 30 seconds before turning heat down to med low/gentle simmer.
- 4
Let eggs simmer gently for 10-15 minutes for preferred hardness.
- 5
Anytime that eggs are simmering, prepare med large bowl, fill just under 1/2 full with cold water
- 6
A few minutes before eggs are done, add about 1/2 or less of the ice to the bowl of water
- 7
Transfer eggs directly from simmering water to the ice bath. Let sit in ice bath for a minute and add more ice as needed.
- 8
Move to fridge or periodically add more ice to keep chilled. Let eggs cool completely- at the very least 15 minutes but longer is better.
- 9
I chilled for 30 minutes in ice water then moved to just a bowl in the fridge and peel as needed. As long as the eggs aren't backyard freshly laid, this method should help to keep the shell from sticking and make nice presentable eggs.

Perfectly Boiled Omega-3 Eggs Perfectly Boiled Omega-3 Eggs
I found this recipe by experimenting on how to get a perfectly 80%-100% boiled omega-3 eggs for my mom as one of her recommended meals (as it has very high protein) while she was undergoing cancer healing therapy. It'd be better if you can have a 80%-90% boiled eggs because the nutrition in the eggs will have its best condition. Not too raw, not too ripe. But if you have 'em 100% boiled, that'll be fine. You just need to play with the flame size, the water volume, and the cook time you need to experience its best result.@ashyels Ashyels 🍁 -
Perfect Every Time Hardboiled Eggs Perfect Every Time Hardboiled Eggs
For those times when I'm hungry and need a healthy pick-me-up, I often reach for a hard boiled egg, which I try to keep stocked in the fridge at all times. If you're not the type who digs a straight hard boiled egg sprinkled with a little salt and pepper, having hard boiled eggs on hand is also super useful for making deviled eggs or egg salad (and egg salad sandwiches). I also love to add hard boiled eggs to my salads to make them a little heartier.Any eggs will work for this, but eggs that come from chickens raised on pasture are so much more flavorful than standard grocery store eggs. Lastly, you actually don't want to use the freshest eggs you can find because super fresh eggs don't peel easily. I try to "age" my eggs in the fridge for a week or so before I hard boil, which results in easy peeling eggs every time. farmer_ariel -

Foolproof Smooth and Flawless Boiled Eggs Foolproof Smooth and Flawless Boiled Eggs
I've been making perfectly smooth and flawless boiled eggs like this for many years.By piercing the eggs with a pin, you are making a hole in the membrane of the egg. When an egg is boiled like this, hot water gets in between the membrane and the shell, and so the egg becomes easy to peel.If you put the eggs in cold water, the white may come running out of the hole, so put the eggs into boiling water. For as many as you like. Recipe by Ukiuki kitchen cookpad.japan
