Cooking Instructions

Peel the tomatoes,cross cut the surface of the tomatoes, pure boiled water on it,or you can put them on the steamer for a while,it would be easier to peel,then cut them into small pieces

Whip eggs

Put some oil in the pan,pure the eggs in,and stir it quickly,to avoid it get old,this step is very important,once all the eggs become solid,take it out immediately.

Put some oil,when the oil get hot,put in the ginger,garlic,then add the tomato,cook it until you can see the tomato start to become sause,add the egg in,stir,add some suger and salt,if you like you can put some choped green onion when the dish is nearly set.
