Ingredients

2 cupAP flour
1 1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupBrown Sugar
3/4 cupGranulated Sugar
3 2/3 tspBaking Powder
3Eggs
3/4 cupVeg. Oil
1 tspvanilla extract
1 canPumpkin puree (15 oz.)
2 1/2 tsppumpkin pie spice

Whisk dry ingredients - minus sugars

Use large bowl, mix sugars with wet ingredients

Slowly add dry mix to wet mix. Do not oversize, just until moistened

Preheat griddle and grease (med-med. low heat)

Pour batter and cook about 2 min on each side. Serve! :-)
