  7. 1 tbspmilk
  8. 1 tspgarlic pepper spice blend
  9. 1water

    Slice, vein, and seed peppers. Seperate onion slice

    Mix dry ingredients of batter and set aside

    Place egg and milk in a bowl

    Deep fry at 350°F until browned and done
