1 cupsliced, cooked carrots
2 tbspchopped walnuts
2 tbspdark brown sugar
1/2 tspgrated fresh ginger
1 1/2 cupbuttermilk
1 cupapricot nectar
2ice cubes

Peel and core the apple and cut it into large chunks.

Place the apple and all the remaining ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
