  1. 16 oz. Bag of shredded Parmesan cheese
  2. 1 tbspGarlic powder
  3. 15Yukon Gold potatoes, cut lengthwise in half
  4. 6 tbspbutter, melted
  5. 1Salt and pepper

Steps

    Heat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Mix cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a shallow dish

  3. 3

    Place 30 teaspoons of cheese mixture on greased cookie sheet

  4. 4

    Dip each potato cut side down in butter, then place on top of cheese piles. Drizzle with remaining butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender
