Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 lbfajita meat
  2. 1 cupcilantro
  3. 2limes
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 1 tbsppepper
  6. 1 dashyour fave beer

Steps

  1. 1

    marinating for 24 hours

  2. 2

    instead of salt you can add meat tenderizer

  3. 3

    use meat mallet

  4. 4

    heat comal to medium heat

  5. 5

    add onions and bell peppers or desired veggies

  6. 6

    add fajitas..you can cut in thin strips prior to cooking

  7. 7

    cook thoroughly
