Combine the ☆ ingredients in a bowl, and sift. Make 6 slices of banana for decoration, and cut the remaining banana into cubes.

Add the ★ ingredients and banana into the Step 1 bowl, and fold them in with a spatula. Pour the batter into the pan, and top with the banana slices.

Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180℃. Insert a bamboo skewer through a muffin to test it, and if it comes out clean, they should be done.
