  1. 3chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  2. 1carrot, peeled and cut up
  3. 2potatoes, chopped
  4. 1/2onion, chopped
  5. 1/4 cancorn, drained
  6. 1/4 canpeas, drained
  7. 1 stalkcelery, finely chopped
  8. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  9. 1 tspsalt and pepper
  10. 3 cuphalf and half
  11. 4 tbspall-purpose flour
  12. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  13. 2Pillsbury roll out pie crusts

    Preheat oven to 350°

    Cook and brown chicken breasts

    In separate pan combine olive oil and veggies, cook until soft

  4. 4

    Combine chicken and vegetables over heat, sprinkle flour over mixture and let cook for a 2-5 minutes

  5. 5

    Pour half and half over mixture and cook until it comes to a simmer, stirring frequently.

    Roll pie crust over pie pan, keep the second pie crust aside.

    Fill pie with veggies and chicken mixture then roll second crust over the top and press the edges of both the crusts together

    Bake in oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Let sit for for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!

I screwed up so bad..i didn't look because my grandson is here and used self rising flour. Just put it in the oven and its a glue texture mess. Ill try again some day. Yours looks great.
