Ingredients

  1. 2 cuplow fat shredded cheddar cheese
  2. diced pimentos
  3. 6 ozfat free cream cheese
  4. 1/4 cupfat free mayo
  5. salt and pepper

Thanks for this recipe! I just found a recipe calling for store bought pimento cheese spread I want to try, but couldn't find it in my stores. This will help tons, and probably healthier I would imagine.
