Separate the egg white and yolk in separate bowl

Whip the egg white till it is white and fluffy

Add part of the sugar in the egg white and the cream of tartar, than whisk it again until stiff peak

The remain of the sugar add it to the egg yolks, mix it till all is combined. Than add your mashed banana and mix it again till combined

Fold the egg whites with the egg yolks and pour it in tin. Bang it on table to make the air pop

First bake it for 15 mintues in 130 Celsius

Secondly bake it for another 15 mintues for 140 Celsius
- 8
Lastly bake it for 20 mintues for 160 Celsius

Finished baking, leave it to cool and take it out if the tin
