I was trying to get my husband to eat less red meat and more ground turkey, he actually thought these were made with beef! YEAY!

Put 1/2 C of bread crumbs seasoned with 1/2 garlic salt into a small bowl... Put the ground turkey in large mixing bowl add 1/2 C of the bread crumbs, egg and seasoning, mix with hands or large fork, do not over mix... Separate in half, then half then half until you have size you want to make balls... Either 1 or 2 bite size... Hint: smaller the ball, quicker they cook up)

Roll these balls in the breadcrumb/garlic salt mix till well covered...

Heat a pan over medium heat with a bit of olive oil or oil of your choice with high heat tolerance...

Once oil is heated put in your meat balls, keeping separated don't over crowd your pan... Cook till cooked through and outside is well browned and crispy!!!
