  1. 4hot dogs, chopped
  2. 2 boxJIFFY corn muffin mix
  3. 2/3 cupmilk
  4. 2 largeeggs
  5. 1 dashchili powder

    Preheat oven to 400°F Fahrenheit. Grease mini muffin pan or use paper baking liners.

    Blend all ingredients together. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

    Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin liner.

    Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup and/or mustard.
