Boil rahein water put all vegetables in it for 5 minutes and drain all water

Dry vegetable in sun light for 5-6 hour

Take a kadai heat oil till smoking point and cool down

Dry roast abd blend all masalas

Add hing, adruk, chilles and all masalas and salt in semi hot oil and mix well. now add gud and mix well

Add vegetables and mix well

Add vinegar and pour in container

Place this achar in sun light for 2 days

Serve with any type of pranatha
