1/2 cupBread crumbs
2 tspGreen chilies paste
1 tspCumin powder
1 tspMango powder
1/2 tspRed pepper
to tasteSalt
as neededOil for deep fry

Peel the skin of potatoes. Mash it. Add all ingredients except oil. Combine all & make dough.

Form a shape you desire.

Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry these rolls on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
