Make hard dough mixing all ingredients of dough

Take a pan heat oil add jeera, ajwain, all fry masalas and saute it

Add matter, allu and salt mix well

Take a portion of dough roll it in 1/4 inch and cut in half moon

Fold it like smosa and 2 tsp filling fill in and press neatly

Deep fry all at medium heat

Enjoy hot with imly chutney
