I love sweet potatoes because its really simple to cook and only requires afew ingredients.

Wash sweet potatoes really well removing all dirt

Wash again to remove all the dirt. Put to boil with 1 tbsp of salt.

Add 1 litre of water. Cover really well preferably with a plastic bag or anything thing that will cover not allowing steam to escape.

Cook it for approximately 30 minutes. Let it become soft.
- 5
When soft peel of the skin and put in the beef soup. Now it is ready to eat.
