1 tspgarlic
3 tsppav bhaji masala
1 tspchopped adrak
1 tspchopped chillies
1 tspkashmiri mirch
2 tbspimli pulp (Tamarind pulp)
1 tspgaram masala

Steps

Pressure the vegetables for 15 min and cool down

Mash veggies with masher
3

Take a kadai heat oil add jeera, onion and saute for 4 minutes

Add tomato, all masalas, salt and cooked vegetables

Add imly pulp and cook for 15 minutes

Serve with hot pavs with imli chutney
