First cut potatoes into long strips like french fry

Take a bowl and put potato strips into a bowl

Add all ingredients and mix well with the help of some drop of water

Heat a kadai and put oil for deep frying

Put down the potato strips mixture in oil

Please slow the flame

Fry it till golden brown

Remove from oil and put it into a tissue paper for removing extract oil.

Sprinkle some chat masala powder and Serve it hot.
