Steps

In pan add sugar and water. stir and cook till the sugar is melted or upto 1 boil and cool down

Take a big bowl add atta, dahi, baking powder, saunf. all mix well

By adding sugar syrup knead the soft dough

Rest for 4 hour at warm place

Take a ball size dough and roll it in small puri and 1/2 inch thick

Deep fry all and enjoy
