Ingredients

4-5 persons
  • 1/2 kgchopped aalu
  • 1grated onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1urad dal vadi
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspkashmiri mirch
  • 2 tbspdahi
  • as par tastesalt
  • 1 tspcoriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in pressure cooker. Add vadi and fry it

  2. 2

    Add jerra and grated onion

  3. 3

    Saute it and add tomatoes. Add all masalas and saute it till ghee is separated

  4. 4

    Add aalu, salt, dahi. all mix well

  5. 5

    Pressure 1 whistle and cool down

  6. 6

    Garnish with dahi
