Take a pan heat oil

Add onion chopped cook it till pinkish

Add all the vegetable sprinkle salt and cover the lid on low fame 2 min

Add tomato pyuri mix well till mixture is thick

Add Birayani masala,red chilli powder,and pav bhaji masala

Do the three parts of rice

In first bowl you add green colour

Second yellow and third orange red colour

Next take a big pan add pure ghee

Add half green rice add some vegetables mixture

Second layer half yellow rice add vegetable mixture

Third layer half orange red rice add some mixture

Same procedure one by one

At last cover with orange red rice add 1 tsp ghee

Cover with the lid for 10 min on low flame

Sprinkle coriander leaves and some fry cashew nut

Serve hot with vegetables rayta or boondi rayta
