Heat a pan with cooking oil

When hot add minced meat

Add cumin seed, curry powder or any other spice of your choice. If you don't like spices you can skip the step

Add garlic, ginger and salt to taste

Stir and keep cooking for another minute or until meat is no longer pine or the liquid is drained up

Add Chili's

Add chopped coriander as you turn off the heat

Give a final stir and the meat is done

Let it cool ready for making samosas

Have pockets ready and using a teaspoon fill the pockets with cold meat but don't let them dry up

To cover the pockets apply the glue mixture of flour with little water to make a paste that will seal the pockets

Cover all ends tight

To cook heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan

When oil is hot enough start placing your samosas and let them cook for 2 minutes, while turning both sides to brown

When ready place them in a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil

Serve while hot with tea
