Steps

Sweat down onions and garlic.

Add chopped zucchini's and cooked until partially collapsed.

Add vegeta and stir through then pour in water.

Simmer until zucchini is soft, then use a stick blender so most chunks are gone and it's a semi thin soup.

Keep simmering so stock is slightly reduced.
- 6
To finish take off heat and add cooking cream and pepper to suit.
