Sabuddana tikki= pehle sabuddana ko 6-7 hours tak bhigo de. Sabuddana mein uble hue aloo and Bhuni hue peanut,coriander, green chilli, sendha Namak aur kali Mirch mash Karein.

Aur uska dough bana le aur tikki ka shape deke usme kadai mein tel garam Karke tal le

Rabdi=pehle sabuddana ko 3-4 hours tak bhigo de. Aur kadai mein milk aur sabuddana aur sugar dalkar 1/2 hour slow flame tak pakaye.aur badam and kaju se garnish Karein.

Chutney = pehle dhaniya, hari Mirch, bhune hue peanut, sendha Namak, tomato ko grrind Karein aur green chilli aur coriander se garnish Karein
