Flour, baking powder and sugar into large bowl

Mix well by stirring manually

Coconut oil into heat-safe bowl

Melt coconut oil

Add water to flour mix, then pour liquid coconut oil in as well

Stir well manually, don't beat

Heat up griddle and coat with oil

Combine and break up flour bubbles

Pour into greased griddle

Now is the moment to put on whatever topping you prefer. I used blueberries

Flip when enough bubbles to be seen on surface
