Ingredients

  1. 100 grampaneer (grated)
  2. 100 gramMawa (grated)
  3. 1/2corn flour
  4. 10-12rasions
  5. 9-10cashews. Bareek kte huye.)
  6. 2green cardamom (powder)
  7. 1/4small spn black pepper
  8. Oil for deep frying (kofete)
  9. as your tasteSalt
  10. For gravy
  11. 200 gramcream
  12. 100 gramfresh curd
  13. 12-13cashew (soaked the warm water)
  14. 2big spoon oil
  15. 1big spn butter
  16. 2big spn green Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  17. 1small spn sugar
  18. 2green chilli
  19. 1s spn ginger paste
  20. 1sspn dheniya powder
  21. 2/4s spn red chilli powder
  22. as per tasteSalt

Steps

    Sabse pehle paneer,mawa half corn flour, salt, and black peeper ek bowl main milaye aurr dough ki trh bana lein.iske baad cashew, rasion, aurr green cardamom powder ko mix kar lein.yhe mixture stuffing main use hoga.

    Ab paneer wale mixture se nibu ke braber part lenge aurr uske beech cahèw rasion kao thodha sa mixture rekh kar use ball bana lein. Is ball ko corn flour se cover kar denge.fir ise ek plate main rekh deng. Isi trh sabhi ball(kofte) bana kar rekh lenge.

    Ab wok main oil ko hot krenge hot hone per usme kofte dal denge or medium flame per turn kerke light brown hone tak deep fry kar lenge. Isi trh sabhi kofte fry kar lenge.

    For gravy -

    Sabse pehle kaju ka paste bana lenge. Iske baad bdhi elaichi ke daane, black pepper, clve and daal cheeni mila kar der dera griend kar lenge.

    Ab pan main oil hot kerke usme jeera, chetka lenge. Aurr grid masala dalker hlka sa roast kar lenge.iske baad cashew paste dalenge aurr oil chodhne tak roast kar lenge iske baad cream bhi pan dale aurr pehle ki trh bhun lenge.iske baad isme red chilli powder dheniya powder and curd dal denge aurr nicely mix kerke boil aane tak cook kar lenge.

    Now gravy ko jitna petla rkha hain us hisab se 1 glass ya 11/2 water add kar denge aurr boil aane tak cook kar lenge gravy main jab tak boil nahi hoti hain continiouss stir kerege boil aane per gravy main butter, sugar, salt aurr green cardamom leaves add kar denge and slow flame per 3 minute cook kerenge.

    Now gravy main kofte daal denge aurr stir kar ke gas off kar denge

    Now ready to eat muglai malai kofta. Enjoy eat happy coocking.
