Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida
  • 2 cup suji
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2tsp souf powder
  • Chopped dry fruit
  • ghee for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly in a large mixing bowl take Maida rava and milk add elaichi powder.mix well making sure their are no lumbs in better

  2. 2

    Cover and rest the better for 30 min.

  3. 3

    Pour the better into hot ghee.once the malpua starts to flot. splash oil over Malayas.and also press genteelly with the help of perforated spoon.

  4. 4

    The malpuas will puff up like puri. Now fry both SIDS. Till they turn golden brown.drein the malpuas on to the kitchen towel and remove excess ghee. Soke the malpuas in to hot sugar syrup. Rest for 10 min.

  5. 5

    Making sure bothe the side offmalpua are soaked well. Finely served hot malpuas with rubbry and garnish few nuts.

  6. 6

    Sugar syrap recipe... 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water mix. and cook high flame. And ready to 1 tar chashni.

  7. 7

    Now ready dashra special Maharashtrian recipe malpuas.
