  • 1 cupbutter
  • 1 cupof light brown sugar packed
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tbsphersheys baking cocoa
  • 2 2/3 cupquick oats
  • 1 bagof cinnamon chips

    pre-heat oven at 350'

  2. 2

    beat butter and sugars until creamy.add eggs,vanilla beat well combine flour baking soda,Hersheys baking cocoa beat well.stir in oats and chips

  3. 3

    drop by heaping tspful on ungreased pan.bake for 12 min. let cool before taking cookies off pan

  4. 4

    this makes 4 dozen
