Prepare jiko

Remove all the unwanted parts inside the chicken well then clean it with warm water

Take salt then put it in a bowl of water then place the chicken in it

Use a wire mesh to put on the jiko then put the whole chicken on it

Ensure the heat is not too much so it doesn't burn up
- 6
Keep a close eye to be able to turn it around to avoid burning it

When ready you can either make stew with it or have it plain with ugali.
