Steps

Parboil rice for 10mins.

Sieve out and wash.

Boil fish with Maggi,Onion,thyme and salt.

Slice Pepper,tomatoes and onion.

Add more water to the stock remove the fish and keep aside.

As the water is boiling add groundnut oil.onion,Pepper and fresh tomatoes.

Add salt,Maggi,curry and crayfish.

After allowing it to boil for 5mins.a5mins.add5mins.ad5mins.pour in the rice

Cover the rice and be checking when it will dry.

Pour in the fish when is almost done.

Check the rice if is soft and ok now.
