Cut the bananas on a bias this is a must!

Take something solid like the bottom of another glass plate, or spatula. Squish the bananas. Put them back into oil and fry till caramelized, move to a paper towel

Heat butter In a pan add two eggs. Add your salt.

When the whites turn white add water and cover let steam till only the whites of egg is done leave the yoke runny.

Form a ring with bananas and carefully add eggs into center. Serve I hope you enjoy!
