2 eachChicken breasts
Salt
Cajun seasoning
Red pepper flakes
2 tbspGarlic
2 tbspOil
1/4 cupBrown sugar
2 tbspButter
Spaghetti
3 tbspButter
1 boxSpaghetti
2 tbspGarlic
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

Cooking Instructions

1. Wash chicken. Pat dry.

Season with salt pepper and Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes on both sides. Place in a greased pan. Preheat oven to 375°F.

In pan heat oil and butter, add garlic. Leave for only about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add brown sugar.

Once mixed pour over chicken and place in oven for 25-30 mins or until chicken juices are clear.

For spaghetti, boil based on package directions. In a pan place butter garlic salt and pepper. Once butter melted add noodles and toss. Place chicken and sauce on top. Sprinkle with parsley
