3uble hue aloo
2tomato chopped kiye hue
1green chilli chopped kiye hue
1/2 spoonkali Mirch
Sendha namak apne according
1big spoon ghee
1/2 spoonjeera
Water as required

Pehle kadai mein ghee garam karle. Kadai mein jeera, hari Mirch, tomato dale.

Kadai mein aloo haatho se tod kar dale.aur paani dale
3

Fir kadai mein sendhat namak, kali Mirch dale.aur 10 min yak slow flame par Rakh de. And your dish is ready.
