  1. 2 cupsbasmati rice

  5. 3 stickscinnamon

  8. 2 tbsmixed garlic and ginger
  9. 6potatoes (depends with the size you want)
  10. Crushed spices (pilau masala)

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the meat with garlic and ginger add oil in a sufuria (medium) and let it heat once the oil is heated add the oinoins and cook till golden brown

    Add garlic and ginger and the whole spices and cook for a min

    Add potatoes and the crushed spices and salt and cook for a few min

  4. 4

    Add the meat and reserve the soup for later use.cook the meat for 2 to 3 min

  5. 5

    Add 4 cups of the soup (reserved soup) and bring to boil

  6. 6

    Add the rice and cook until nearly dry and cook on a low heat for 5 to 10 min

  7. 7

    Serve hot with pilipili or sliced tomatoes with coriander and lemon.
