  1. 1 cupheavy cream
  2. 6 ozsmoked salmon ( cold smoked)
  3. 10 ozcooked penne rigate
  4. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  5. 3 tbspfined grated ramano cheese
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Boil pasta, lightly salt water. Do not overcook. Al dente works best.

  2. 2

    In medium saucepan, bring cream to simmer, add salmon and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Add cooked and drained pasta to cream.

  4. 4

    Add peas.

  5. 5

    Reduce until cream coats pasta, about five minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy
