Steps

Take boiled rice in a bowl. Add boiled potatoes. Mash well.

Add chopped onions and green chilli.

Add besan and other masalas. Mix well.Shape kebabs out of it.

Heat a non stick pan. Add oil. Shallow fry the kebabs till thry turn golden brown from both sides.

Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with chutney of your choice.
