Ingredients

  • 2 bunchesspinach
  • 1onion(chopped)
  • 4potatoes (chopped)
  • Halfteaspoon aromat
  • Halfteaspoon lemon and herb spice
  • 1 packetcream of mushroom soup
  • For Relish
  • 1onion(chopped)
  • 1green pepper(chopped)
  • 2garlic cloves(chopped)
  • 3tomatoes(grated)
  • 1knorrox cube
  • 1 teaspoonsix gun grill spice
  • 1 packetminestrone soup
  • 1 table spoonhoney
  • Bit of oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and boil spinach,add onion and potatoes then boil until the spinach is soft,add spices and combine then thicken with cream of mushroom soup

  2. 2

    For the relish in a pan hear oil and fry onion,green pepper and garlic,add spices and stir then pour in tomato and stir,add minestrone soup to thicken then leave a bit for 3 minutes then switch off the stove and add honey so that the relish does not give a sour taste because of tomato

    Served with grilled chicken,rice,mashed potato and boiled green beans and carrots
