Ingredients

  • 500 gmskheema (minced meat)
  • 1/4 cup chana dal (soaked in waterfor 2 hrs)
  • 10 clovesgarlic
  • 1onion roughly chopped
  • 1tomato roughly chopped
  • 3green chillies
  • 3 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tbspoil/ghee(clarified butter)
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • to tastesalt
  • following to be added after blending..
  • 3 tbspfinely chopped onions
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped mint & coriander leaves
  • 4chopped green chillies
  • 2beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cupthick cream for coating ,bread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Except blending ingredients & breadcrumbs mix all the above ingredients (from minced mutton to salt) & bring to a boil. stir on medium heat for few minutes before reducing to low heat until all the water evaporates & the meat & dal is cooked.

    Stir occasionally to prevent burning.cool the mixture & blend it in a mixie to smooth paste. add salt, chopped onions, cream, chopped mint & coriander leaves,green chillies & knead it like a dough.

  3. 3

    Take a big ball ofthe minced meat mixture and press it on to the skewer or wooden sticks like seekh kababs.

    Roll it in bread crumbs & refrigerate for few hours.

    Deep fry till crisp & perfect

    & serve hot with dips of ur choice.
