Ingredients

  • 500 gmsmutton mince
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1egg (cooked/scrambled in tbsp oil & cooled)
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 cupchopped mint-coriander leaves
  • to tastesalt
  • 1juice of lemon
  • oil for shallow fry
  • 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  • for chaapli kabab masala mix to fine powder
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tbspzeera powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  • 2 tbspcrushed pomegranate seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    In a food processor combine mutton mince, 2 beaten eggs, salt, lemon juice & chaapli kabab masala. blend until smooth paste. transfer in a mixing bowl.

    Add chopped onions,tomatoes,scrambled egg,chopped mint-coriander leaves. mix all together & make a smooth dough. keep aside for 2-3 hrs. shape in form ofcutlets & apply breadcrumbs on both the sides. refrigerate for 1 hr

    Heat oil in a skillet & shallow fry kababs on medium heat until brown on both sides. remove on a absorbent paper. serve with onion rings & dips of your choice.
