In a food processor combine mutton mince, 2 beaten eggs, salt, lemon juice & chaapli kabab masala. blend until smooth paste. transfer in a mixing bowl.

Add chopped onions,tomatoes,scrambled egg,chopped mint-coriander leaves. mix all together & make a smooth dough. keep aside for 2-3 hrs. shape in form ofcutlets & apply breadcrumbs on both the sides. refrigerate for 1 hr

Heat oil in a skillet & shallow fry kababs on medium heat until brown on both sides. remove on a absorbent paper. serve with onion rings & dips of your choice.
