Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 pintsheavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 lbmixed vegetables , corn , green beans, carrots, sweet peas,
  • 3 mediumpotatoes cubed
  • 2 tbspsour cream, heaping
  • 1/4 cupcornstarch
  • 1/3 cup1% milk if needed to thin chowder
  • 1/4 cupolive oil or vegetable, coconut oil
  • 1/4 cupdill fresh half of that if dried

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add potatoes and mixed vegetables

  2. 2

    Fry them till tender scrape bottom if needed

    Drain oil

    Heat in pan add cornstarch

    Stir in well

  6. 6

    When the cornstarch is stirred in add cream and sour cream stirring constantly till thickens if to thick add milk

    Garnish with dill
