  • 1sweet potato
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 3 pinchlight brown sugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. 2

    Slice sweet potato chips 1/4 inch. Place them in oven pan.

  3. 3

    Sprinkly salt, pepper, and brown sugar evenly on the potatoes. Drizzle the olive oil on top and place in oven.

  4. 4

    Let cook for 20 minutes. Flip over the chips and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
