Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprolled oats
  2. 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
  3. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  4. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  5. 1/2 cupunsweetened applesauce
  6. 2egg whites
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspcinnamon
  11. 1 tspsweetener that measures like sugar

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Soak oats in milk for one hour.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients. Don't over mix or muffin will be tough

  4. 4

    Coat muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon mixture into pan.

  5. 5

    Bake 20 minutes

  6. 6

    You can heat these In the microwave in the morning:)
