Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cuprolled oats
  2. 3egg whites
  3. 3/4 cupunsweetened cocoa
  4. 1/2 cupunsweetened applesauce
  5. 1 tspcaramel extract
  6. 1/2 cupplain low fat yogurt
  7. 1/2 tspvinegar
  8. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. 1 1/2 tspbaking soda
  10. 1/4 tspsalt
  11. 1 cupHot water
  12. 1/2 cupsweetener that measures like sugar
  13. 1/2 cupchocolate chips

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix all Ingredients except the chocolate chips

  3. 3

    Once combined, stir in half of chocolate chips

  4. 4

    Spoon into muffin pan coated with nonstick cooking spray

  5. 5

    Bake for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips

  7. 7

    Bake for 10 more minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
