
Grandma's Potato soup
Steps

peel potatoes and dice into bite size pieces, make sure Broccoli is in small bites as well, shred the carrot and put aside

boil 6 cups of water with the potatoes until half way cooked, then add chicken Bouillon, chopped onion, frozen Broccoli and shredded carrot and let cook.

in another small sauce pan melt 1 stick of butter bring it to a boil then add the corn starch let boil only for about 30 seconds (best to use a whisk) add the can of evaporated Milk and stir continually until thick as mustard.

mix the corn starch mixture into the vegetable mix and stir until there are no lumps from the cornstarch mixture cook until warm (about 5 minutes) salt and pepper to taste and enjoy
