1large cauliflower
5 tbspolive oil
2 tbsphoney
2 tbspcurry powder
pinchsalt

Preheat the oven on 250°F. In a basin cut the tender tops of the cauliflower and clean them with water.

Mix all ingredients in the basin and cook in the oven for 45 minutes

Every 10-15 minutes stir everything.
