Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6medium sized bananas
  • 2 cupmilk
  • sugar(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice bananas in a bowl and put in the freezer

  2. 2

    Pour milk mixed with sugar in a bowl in a bowl and put in the freezer as well.

  3. 3

    The milk and the bananas should stay in the freezer for about 6 hours or overnight.

  4. 4

    Bring out the bananas and milk out of the freezer for about 15 minutes to soften.

  5. 5

    Pour the bananas and milk in the blender and keep mixing until creamy enough.

  6. 6

    It is done now. Just pour out of the blender and start to take. You can keep in a freezer to store for sometime.

Is it able to be eaten out of the blender, or does it need to be frozen before?
