500 grmsmatumbo
2ripe tomatoes
1large onion

Cut the onion into pieces

Add cooking fat and place on fire

Wait for 5 mins then add sliced tomatoes

Add boiled matumbo and cook for 30 mins

Steam the kales and serve while warm
